AIRCRAFT SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS (WEEKDAY & WEEKEND): On weekday cross-country flights the organization must be guaranteed at least one hour flight pay for each twenty four hour period that an aircraft is away from home base, Gastonia Municipal Airport, (AKH). Weekend and
holiday overnight trips have a minimum charge of one and one-half hours per day. In the event an aircraft is weathered-in the above stipulations will be waived for the period of time that the airplane cannot be flown solely due to weather conditions.
ONE WEEKEND PER MONTH RULE: Each member is limited to one weekend and/or holiday overnight trip per month. Additional weekend overnight trips in the same month require Board of Directors approval.
